Announcement: The ACLU of Pennsylvania is planning to file a lawsuit against the City of Pittsburgh on behalf of people who were unlawfully arrested in Oakland on Friday, September 25, 2010, seeking monetary damages.  If you were arrested on Friday night in Oakland and your criminal charges were resolved in your favor (e.g., the charges were withdrawn, dismissed, or you were found not guilty on all charges) or your charges were withdrawn in exchange for community service, you may be eligible to be a plaintiff in this case.  Please contact me by Friday, September 3, 2010, if you are interested in participating in this lawsuit.  The best way to reach me is via e-mail.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.
